Tony has overall responsibility for the catering department at London Business School. It’s his job to ensure that the department is operating to the highest standards. Tony has been at the School for many years, starting out as Executive Chef and is now in total control of the department as General Manager.
Matt is responsible for ensuring the food offer continues to evolve through menu and product innovation to meet the growing needs of School. Matt has previously won Lexington Chef of the Year competition plus FSM's Chef of the Year 2017 so we're in good hands!
James's primary role is running and maintaining the high standards set within the kitchen, ensuring all aspects of kitchen duties are kept - from overseeing delivery of hospitality dinners, to all grab and go products made on site. James has been at the School for many years working his way through the ranks in the kitchen to HEad Chef.
Rhiannon assists Tony in the day to day running of catering at the School, supporting all heads of department in any aspects that may be needed. Rhiannon is new to London Business School but has worked with Lexington for a good period of time.
Thanks to Stuart that there are so many homemade cakes, biscuits and sweet treats available at the School. He also oversees the baking over 600 pieces of cakes a week and 400 desserts a day for hospitality! Stuart is our award-winning chef who has just recently won the nationwide competition, Elior Chef of the Year.
Cecile oversees the running of the hospitality department ensuring the standard of service goes hand in hand with the quality of the food. Cecile was born in Lille in Northern France and has lived in England for 18 years. She has worked in many prestigious establishments, so London Business School is a natural fit. Her knowledge and experience in the industry is a valuable asset to the catering team.
